Shannon has over 37 years experience in business management. For 18 years she worked through various levels of management at an Inc.500 manufacturing & design services company, culminating in the position of CEO.
In 2005 Shannon founded Swanson Solutions when several CEOs of Shannon's former customers asked her to come help them to improve their sales/customer service mentality, deal with & motivate employees, re-design sales programs, consult on organization of physical space & evaluate/consult on processes in manufacturing companies.
Shannon found that she had a unique ability not only to identify weaknesses in a company but to help business owners reignite their passion.
Over the past several years, Shannon & her team worked in-depth with clients on accounting/bookkeeping, purchasing, and various other functions.
In 2023 Shannon decided to return to the original purpose of Swanson Solutions & focus solely on working with executives to reach their maximum potential!
Shannon has been a featured speaker for conferences on employee motivation, sales & customer service.
She graduated with honors from Towson University as a double major in Business Management and Finance.
Shannon earned her Certification in Executive Coaching in 2023 and is continuing her formal education as she pursues advanced level training & accreditations in Executive Coaching & Team Coaching.
